Things Writers and Storytellers Should Do
“If you want to be a writer, you must do two things above all others: read a lot and write a lot.” – Stephen King http://twitpic.com/2mpy9v
Stephen King always has wise and witty things to say. I agree with this. I also think that for people like me who aren’t just writers – but storytellers – you should also watch a lot of movies, theater, and documentaries. Simply listening to the diverse, real life experiences and stories of others is extremely enlightening.
Sometimes the very best stories are “real” and not made-up.
What do you think?
Is the best story one that’s created or one that’s a reality?
What are some other things writers and storytellers should do?
